Jacqueline McSears Boles earned her B.S in Business Administration from Bowie State University in 1994. Soon after, she joined Bank of America where she successfully managed over five branch locations throughout Prince George’s County, Maryland. During her distinguished tenure, Jacqueline made many contributions and earned numerous accolades including the Community Investment President’s Award for her dedication to volunteering in underserved communities. She received, the Diversity Award, for her efforts to enhance the company’s vision regarding diversity and she served as a chief architect behind, and founding member of Band of America’s Diversity Council.

She began her Mary Kay business in November 1988 and became a sales director in 1991. Her first full year in business she completed the Half Million Dollar Unit Club while still working full-time for the federal government as a GS-13 budget analyst.
Linda has head her unit to the circle of achievement 7 times (ranging from the $300,000-$500,000) unit clubs and earning the 4.5 carat diamond ring. She has earned the use of 17 company cars; including 4 pink Cadillacs and has supported 11 other consultants in earning their career cars!
